Areas Serviced: London
I have been buying and selling homes and rentals in London and Toronto for the past 25 years with over 25 purchase or sales and having had over 25 tenants as a personal consumer and investor with over the past 27 years. My number one goal to achieve when I became a realtor/salesperson was to be the real estate salesperson I wish I had over those years. One that will assist in all areas of the buying and selling transactions to first find the property that fits your needs and goals as well as the one that will help you achieve the highest possible net return on your sales. Having been involved in serving and protecting others for a career as well as having been actively involved in various charitable organization, I recognize my life path was in helping others. That’s what I’m dedicated to bring to all my customers and clients in real estate as well. Real estate is not only likely the largest financial transactions to each of us in our lifetimes, it also represents so much more. To some it the house we lovingly call home, where we and our families grow. While to others, it’s a path of ensuring a comfortable retirement or part of a larger financial portfolio of equity and passive income. In all cases real estate not only comes with financial thoughts, but it comes with a certain degree of emotion as well. Moving into a home where memories will be created, or moving away from one where memories were made, the risks associated with a decision to purchase a rental all create moments within us all that we each deal with differently. I know how it feels and I am here to help with all aspects of that process. Having been a mortgage agent I understand the financials behind home purchases and sales with the obligations that go along with that. Whether it’s through pre-qualifying prior to offering in a sellers market or ensuring you are shopping for a house within your range of comfort. I look forward to meeting with you and your partner or spouse to discuss your real estate needs. I’m truly here to help!
