I was born in China but moved to Canada when I was 17. I used to live in Victoria, but eventually, I settled in North Vancouver. I studied architecture at BCIT, which allows me to notice small details that most people might overlook, just with my trained eye. With this professional knowledge, I’ve helped clients avoid many properties that seemed perfect at first glance but were actually not worth buying. Even before becoming a real estate agent, I had a strong interest in the real estate sales industry. I understand that the rights associated with purchasing a home are not just about the building itself but also involve many complex entitlements. Some of these rights might not even belong to the owner or could affect their use of the property. Often, these are services that other agents do not proactively offer.
