William is a family man with five children. He studied Anthropology at the University of Calgary and began his career as a social worker at the Holy Cross Hospital in Calgary. After leaving the social work profession, he transitioned into advertising sales and sold his advertising company before moving into real estate in 2004. William has a deep passion for real estate — not only as a place to live but also as one of the strongest financial investments. When he began his real estate career, the average home price in Kelowna was around $300,000; today, it’s over $1,000,000.
