More about the role

The Product Manager’s primary mission is to understand our users better than anyone. Through research, interviews, and deep thinking, you will learn how our users think and then transform those insights into problem and solution tickets that guide the changes we make to our platform.

You will:

• Conduct user interviews to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and competitive landscape
• Discover and document problems worth solving
• Break down large problems into solvable chunks
• Create solutions to high-impact problems
• Clear roadblocks to ensure value gets delivered
• Take ownership over outcomes

This role offers a high degree of autonomy to discover and document problems. You’ll align on these problems before proceeding with solutions, and over time, your level of autonomy will grow as successful outcomes are demonstrated.

What we are looking for

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience
• Familiarity with AI tools and best practices is a must
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus
• Development background is a plus
• UX or Design background is a plus
• Machine Learning background is a plus
