Assistant Manager – Real Estate
HouseSigma is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our brokerage operations as we transform how Canadians buy and sell homes. You’ll work closely with our Managing Broker to drive compliance, support our agents, and build the systems that help our team succeed.

The Assistant Manager’s primary mission is to keep our brokerage running smoothly while developing expertise across all managing broker responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for compliance questions, agent support, and operational problem-solving.
You will:
- Ensure agents stay current with RECO regulations, TRESA requirements, and TRREB policies through training coordination and regular updates
- Investigate and manage complaints, disputes, and arbitrations with professionalism and attention to regulatory timelines
- Support agents with transactional and compliance questions, including CREA WEBForms and OREA standard forms
- Work with sales directors to conduct performance reviews and address gaps
- Host weekly market update meetings and agent support sessions
- Help develop and enforce internal brokerage policies that align with industry standards
- Foster a collaborative team culture where information flows clearly
This role offers a high degree of autonomy in day-to-day operations. You’ll have weekly check-ins with the Managing Broker to discuss growth opportunities and progression toward expanded responsibilities.
What we are looking for
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in the Ontario real estate industry
- Either holds or is actively pursuing a Real Estate Broker license, or has strong industry experience
- Strong understanding of RECO regulations, TRESA requirements, and TRREB policies
- Familiarity with CREA WEBForms and OREA standard forms
- Proficiency with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss) and Google Workspace
