About the Role:

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our technical strategy, driving engineering excellence, and scaling our engineering operations. You will lead high-impact projects, work closely with the CTO and senior technology leadership, and oversee a globally distributed team. This position offers opportunities to engage in cutting-edge product development, AI/ML initiatives, and cross-functional leadership.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Solution Development

Define and drive the engineering road map, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Make high-level architectural and technical decisions, balancing innovation with scalability.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as a key bridge between leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and Machine Learning teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

People Management

Lead performance reviews, nurture team growth, manage hiring and mentor individual development.

Project and Delivery Management

Oversee project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and successful delivery. You will work closely with the technology leadership team and have the opportunity to contribute to product development and machine learning initiatives, fostering continuous learning and professional growth..

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in an engineering leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and scaling teams
• Extensive application development experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly in managing remote teams.
• Background in a technology company
• Strong understanding of the Software development life cycle
• Ability to develop robust technology processes and implement project management methodologies.
• Proven experience with consumer-facing app/web products
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working remotely and leading a distributed team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field
• Open to working flexible hours to manage and lead our global engineering team.
