More about the role

• Partner with our founders (CEO & CTO) to create and execute a well-defined product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• As a Product Lead, you will manage the team to conceptualize, design and introduce features to deliver maximum value for homeowners, buyers & sellers
• Set guiding principles for the product & engineering team, including conducting compelling user interviews and forming hypotheses
• Drive disciplined research efforts to understand customer needs and define priorities and product decisions
• Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics and incorporate learnings back into the development process
• Own QA processes to ensure the product meets goals, quality standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product operations and engineering

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of relevant product experience as a Product Manager or Lead in mobile app products with a strong focus on building user habits and engagement
• Driven with a track record of building and growing innovative consumer-focused products, ideally with a high-growth company
• Extensive hands-on experience in data discovery, extraction, and analysis. Proficiency in working with databases is highly desirable
• A proven track record of success in building and scaling innovative consumer-focused mobile products
• Intimate knowledge of developing product roadmaps, user segmentation, A/B testing, and general frameworks for product growth and best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in developing prototypes and wireframes. Along with leadership skills to provide guidance and collaborate with UI/UX designers to effectively complete product specifications
• Experience working with high-growth companies and have played a pivotal role in their expansion
