We are looking for a curious, thoughtful and driven Senior Product Designer to help shape the
future of Canada’s top real estate app. At HouseSigma, you’ll design intuitive, high-impact

We want someone who is highly adept at crafting solutions but also capable of deeply understanding
problems from the users perspective. We seek someone who brings a builder’s mindset, thrives

You’ll be the design voice in a fast-paced, product-driven environment — trusted with the
autonomy to shape what we build and how we build it. From refining the user experience of our
core app to launching bold new features, you’ll play a key role in raising the bar for design at
HouseSigma. If you’re hands-on, think deeply, experiment confidently, and lead with empathy
— help us shape what’s next.

What You’ll Do
– Lead the end-to-end product design process for both mobile and web experiences.
– Drive UX and UI efforts that directly impact how millions of Canadians interact with real
estate data.
– Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and an external UI contractor using
project management and design collaboration tools
– Identify usability pain points and proactively recommend solutions and design
improvements
– Translate complex product requirements into clean, usable, and scalable designs
– Conduct user-centered research and usability analysis to guide product direction

What We’re Looking For
– 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on mobile product design and
consumer-facing (B2C) products
– A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact — especially on mobile
platforms
– Exceptional UX problem-solving skills and a passion for creating elegant, intuitive user
experiences
– Comfortable working independently, defining your own roadmap and standards within a
growing product org
– A structured thinker who values simplicity, usability, and results

Nice to Have
– Experience in real estate, PropTech
– Product Management experience is a plus
– Familiarity with front-end development or design-dev collaboration
– Startup or scale-up environment experience

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.

Salary range: $50 to $100 CAD per hour (final offer will be determined based on skills and experience)
